This is our classic neoprene panel gag with a twist! The new design with this inflatable gag allows for the removal of the pump! Squeeze the bulb until the ball is at the desired size, then simply pull it away so you don't have anything dangling!
Pictures show the ball at various levels of inflation. At its lowest level, it is shaped somewhat oblong. When it fully inflates it becomes more bulbous.
