This neoprene padded ankle strap is an incredible, soft, yet strict restraint. The additional strap that goes on around the heels, ensures that your victim won't be escaping her footwear! The d-ring at the rear of the strap makes for a great connection point if you want to use the padded strap for a hogtie or some other position!
The ankle strap is made with 2" wide webbing sewn onto a 2.5" wide piece of neoprene. The velcro is extremely strong and will hold the individual very securely.
