This is just the ball for a ball gag. There is no strap included.
Balls are made of quality high grade silicone. They do not smell and are comfortable and made to last. The slot for a strap is 3/4". The balls are capable of being compressed slightly to allow for comfort. When biting there is usually about a 1/4" compression on a 2" ball - this way it does not feel like a hard and unyielding ball in the mouth, which can lead to discomfort.
SAFETY NOTE: The balls should never be put into a mouth without a method of pulling them out in place (like a strap) and of course keep away from children and intoxicated people. Dogs are usually smart enough not to swallow them, but care should be taken with them also.
