The main triangle portion that goes around the nose and mouth is made of darlex for the sake of comfort. The rest of the trainer harness is nylon webbing.
REGARDING SIZING: The biggest factor with this gag tends to be depth. If you have a strong gag reflex, you may want to go with the smaller size. If you don’t have much of a gag reflex, a larger size may be more suitable.
