Head Circumference Sizing: The gag works best when it is actually positioned at an angle so that it covers the mouth and cups the top rear of the head. Keep that positioning in mind when measuring for size.
Small: 18" - 20"
Medium: 20" - 22"
Large: 22" - 24"
X-Large: 24" - 26"
Note: The actual sizing of the gag loop will be smaller than the size range shown above, to account for the stretch of the material. This will ensure a snug fit.
