These self bondage mitts use the incredible darlex material to create an extra tight feeling on the mitt. Unlike standard bondage mitts, these actually stretch around the hand, meaning that they can be secured extra tight. Squeeze your hand into the mitt and then securely velcro on the wrist strap. One of the cuffs will come with a small loop on it that you can either pull with your teeth to tighten, or use the included screw eye to hook it and pull tight. You can use the same loop to free yourself as well.
